Emmanuel FROMAGER - Research interests

My research activity deals with the mathematical derivation (from first principles) and implementation of electronic structure theories for strongly correlated electrons. Our main ingredients are not only many-body wave functions but also reduced quantities such as the electronic density or the one-electron reduced density matrix.

My current research topics are:

* Ensemble density-functional theory of neutral and charged electronic excited states (see Publi. 45)

* Householder transformed density-matrix functional embedding theory (see Publi. 44)
